译者的声音与戏剧译本多重属性的重构——以王敬羲译《素娥怨》为例
Translator's Voice and Reconstruction of the Multiple Attributes in Drama Translation: A Case Study of Su'e Yuan Translated by Wang Jingxi

摘要(Abstract):

译者是翻译活动的主体,在译文中体现其话语存在,译文中的杂糅和变形往往就是译者在显现和发声。一般来说,戏剧及戏剧译本兼具文化性、文学性以及舞台性。《素娥怨》的译者通过强势显声对译本的这三重属性进行重构,以保存或强化这些属性。在文化性方面,译本对文化信息进行了归化处理,模糊了原文的异质性;在文学性方面,译本增强了原文语言的诗性特征;在舞台性方面,译本转换叙事视角,将人物内心感情外化。促成译者显声的原因主要是赞助人要求保证译文的流畅性,译者本身兼具作者身份具有较强的审美意识以及戏剧文本情景呈现的需要。
The translator, as the central figure in the translation process, leaves a distinct discursive presence in the translated text. The blending and distortion found in the translated work are clear indications of the translator's intervention and voice. Drama and its translations generally possess cultural, literary, and dramatic attributes. In Su'e Yuan, the translator reconstructs these qualities through a strong personal voice while preserving them to the greatest extent possible. Culturally, the translator naturalizes certain elements and minimizes the heterogeneity of the original text; literarily, he enhances the poetic nature of the source language; and dramatically, he shifts the narrative perspective and externalizes the characters' internal emotions. The translator's visible voice is shaped by several factors: the patron's request for fluency, the translator's authorship and strong aesthetic awareness, and the need for situational presentation in the dramatic text. This study aims to link the translator's voice with drama translation, examining it through the lens of the essential attributes of drama translation. In doing so, it seeks to enrich both the perspectives and cases of research on translator voice and dramatic translation.
